Invejo quem consegue desligar-se do senso comum e transportar-se para o Outro lado onde o mundo tem outra côr, formas completamente diferentes e, como se não bastasse, recriá-lo para que também o possamos sentir.

Vibrações

Foi num daqueles momentos..

Daqueles momentos em que mergulho num silêncio ensurdecedor. Momentos em que ouço a Vida a murmurar baixinho no meu ouvido tudo o que já fizemos para depois berrar bem alto aquilo que quer que façamos juntos.

Foi num desses momentos em que ouvi uma série de desejos. Ela Vibra só de os imaginar e confesso que me descobri ressonante às boas vibrações do que ela me pediu:

- numa noite, sem nada para fazer e na dúvida para onde ir, seguir caminho para um terra distante, por caminhos desconhecidos;
- pegar numa mala e viajar para um país cuja lingua desconheço e passar lá uns tempos quando toda a gente imagina que estou com família ou amigos noutro lugar qualquer;
- viver longe das pessoas que amo muitos anos, voltar e amá-los como nunca;
- ter um menino a chamar-me de pai e a dizer que me adora. Falar horas com ele e sentir que ele me ouve.
- entrar numa sala e ser confundido como aluno quando sou o professor da cadeira;
- ganhar a lotaria e guardar esse segredo comigo por uns tempos. Agir como se nada fosse e disfrutar da autenticidade das pessoas;
- deixá-la… e, no entanto, ser lembrado para toda a Eternidade pelos que a agarram.

A isto se concretizar acredito firmemente que, não fosse meu desejo virar poeira, passaria bons tempos enclausurado num túmulo vibrante digno de um festival fátuo.

Act Like a Leader

Can you drive one leadership?

In April I will attend one course about this theme with this title. Sorry about that dear friends but I didn’t find other title that fits well enough to such issue.

It came from a great friend of mine that showed me this quote:

“Leaders must be close enough to relate to others, but far enough ahead to motivate them.”
John C. Maxwell

After being questioned about what I think about the quote, here is my own interpretation:

That’s how I read this in my mind

“You dream, you want and you do. Proof to your friends that you make dreams come true, show them how easy it can be to achieve things that seem impossible for someone like them, like you. Do so and you are a leader. People admire you(“motivate them”) because although you are like them(“relate to others”) you make them feel that you are one of a kind(“enough ahead”). “

I admire some people. But the the most admiring ones, even when close to me, don’t even imagine the way they motivate people around them and myself as well.

- Are they dumb? Why don’t they get it?

- No, they are not stupid. They just do what is right for them and make them feel happy and don’t give a fuck for what others may say or think about them even when it’s deep rapport and esteem.
Thats why I think the most important to be a real leader is to innerfeel a leader rather than try to find out if people look at us like one.
The second part might come naturally.

Bright Side

Are you aware of all your potential?

During all our life we felt at least once that we could be great in something.

- When you were cooking and everyone said that it was perfect! You felt like a WorldClass cooker.

- When you scored that amazing goal you felt that you could do the impossible in the pitch.

Even quiet you shine but you don’t figure out such thing everytime you look at the mirror because the sunglasses you insist to use.

So, get them off and look at your bright side and everyone’s else.  I bet my life you will feel like a superstar!
